Purchases & Refunds

You may purchase individual Play credits when offered.

You may purchase packs containing multiple Play credits.

When offered, Play+ provides a recurring monthly Play allowance according to the terms displayed at purchase.

• •A Play is consumed only when a Play is successfully created.
• •Draft generation, Try Again, and editing or rewrite requests do not themselves consume a Play.
• •If Play creation fails before it succeeds, you should not lose a Play.
• •Purchased non-subscription Plays do not expire unless clearly disclosed at purchase or required by applicable rules.
• •Monthly subscription allowances may reset rather than roll over if that is the subscription structure displayed at purchase.
• •Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically erase separately purchased Plays.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, applicable law, and the payment platform or provider used for the purchase. We do not promise automatic refunds.
