PlayHim PlayHer is operated by Kaham Inc.. This policy explains how Kaham Inc.handles information in connection with the service.

Depending on how you use the service, information may include:

Information you submit for message creation may be processed using artificial-intelligence systems in order to generate or revise the messages you request and to perform safety checks.

This processing may involve third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf.

Trusted service providers may process information as necessary to provide infrastructure, authentication, AI functionality, hosting, payments, analytics/security, or other services needed to operate PlayHim PlayHer.

Payment information is processed by our payment provider. We may receive transaction information such as the purchase made, amount, status, and provider identifiers. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.

A Play link is intended to be private, but anyone who receives or obtains the link may potentially access the Play until it expires or becomes unavailable.

You are responsible for deciding who you share a Play link with.

Recipient access to Plays currently expires after 30 days.

Expiration of recipient access does not mean every related backend safety, transaction, or legal record is automatically erased.

Reports, blocks, moderation results, and associated evidence may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, enforcement, or legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may:

• •Request account deletion
• •Contact support regarding privacy or data requests
• •Stop using the service

When you delete your account:

• •Your login is deleted and you can no longer sign in
• •Every Play link you created stops working permanently
• •The sender name, recipient name and message text on your Plays are removed
• •Your personalization and appearance preferences are deleted

Some records are kept separately from your Play content because we are required or permitted to retain them: safety reports and their evidence snapshots, block records, moderation results, abuse-prevention signals, purchase and refund records, and support communications. These are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, enforcement, accounting, or legal obligations.

Deleting your account does not withdraw a Play that a recipient has already read or saved outside the service.

PlayHim PlayHer is not intended for children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The Last Updated date above changes when material revisions are published.
